Report an Outdated Listing
Social media tools change, and information about their features, pricing, and integrations can become outdated. If you notice a possible error in a Locomu listing, please let us know. Your report can help other readers make better-informed decisions.
What Can You Report?
You can report a listing if you believe it contains:
- An incorrect or outdated price, plan, or billing detail.
- A feature that has changed, moved to another plan, or is no longer available.
- An inaccurate description of supported platforms, account types, or content formats.
- A publishing method described incorrectly, such as direct publishing or notification-based publishing.
- A broken official link, an incorrect product name, or an outdated screenshot.
- A tool that has closed, changed ownership, or been renamed.
- A missing or unclear disclosure of a commercial relationship.
- Another factual error or a detail that could mislead readers.
You can also report an issue in a comparison or guide if it relies on outdated tool information.
How to Send a Report
Please use Locomu’s Contact page and select or mention “Outdated Listing” in your message.
To help us investigate, include:
- The name of the tool and the URL of the Locomu page.
- The information you believe is incorrect or outdated.
- What you believe the current information should say.
- A link to a relevant source, such as the provider’s official pricing page, help article, or announcement, if available.
- Any useful context, such as the applicable plan, account type, platform, region, or date.
You can still report a problem if you do not have a source. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, payment details, or other sensitive account information.
What Happens Next?
We aim to review reports against available evidence. This may involve checking official documentation, comparing sources, or examining whether a detail applies only to a particular plan or account type.
If we confirm an issue, we may correct the listing, update the information, or clarify its limitations. If a claim cannot be verified, we may mark it as unconfirmed, remove it, or seek additional information. Where relevant and practical, we may also review related comparisons and guides.
Review times can vary, and we cannot guarantee an individual response to every report. For more information about how we handle changes, see our Corrections Policy.
Thank you for helping Locomu keep its listings useful and reliable.
